LinguaCare is a privately owned practice of speech-language and swallowing pathologists. This practice, owned and operated by Vickie H. Pullins MA CCC-S and Jacqueline Frazier MA CCC-S, was founded November 1990. We are a multi-faceted company serving children and adults in various medical and academic settings.

LinguaCare Associates, Inc. employs speech pathologists who are among the most competent in the state of West Virginia with over 70 years of combined experience. All of our speech pathologists are licensed by the state of West Virginia
and maintain a Certificate of Clinical Compentence from the American Speech and Hearing Assoication.  Each speech pathologist is required to obtain 20 hours of continuing education every two years in areas that will enhance their clinical skills resulting in improved quality of services to our patients.

Our Community

LinguaCare Associates, Inc. is committed to serving in leadership roles within the state to further the profession.  We participate with both West Virginia University and Marshall University to provide clinical supervision to graduate students.  We have served as adjunct faculty and associates, teaching graduate classes at Marshall University.

We are members of the West Virginia Speech-Language and Hearing Association and have representation on the West Virginia Board of Examiner's for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. We are providers of continuing education courses here in West Virginia, securing nationally recognized speakers who present courses that are accredited by the American Speech and Hearing Association with participants coming from all over the United States.
